The closest airport to our event venue is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Nearby airports include Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Baltimore–Washington International Airport (BWI).

Valet parking is available at the Hotel. It is 24 hours with in-and-out privileges.

EVENT HOURS:

The event begins on Friday, October 14 at 8:30am. Doors will open at 8:00am on Friday. (First Class Upgrade attendees should arrive by Thursday afternoon.)

Our meeting hours are as follows:

Thursday: 2:30pm-6:30pm (Pre-event workshop open to First Class Upgrade attendees only)
Friday, October 14 – 8:30am-7:30pm (you are invited to our popular “Authentic Networking Reception & 90s Dance Party” on Friday evening!)
Saturday, October 15 – 8:30am-9:00pm
Sunday, October 16 – 8:30am-5:00pm

DRESS CODE:

The dress code for the weekend is business casual. We encourage you to bring a light jacket, sweater or wrap, as our meeting room can be on the cooler side.
