Jersey Garcia (Momma Harmony) is a positivity enthusiast, solution seeker, and wanna-be humorist who supports overwhelmed working mothers and mompreneurs to lead, serve, and grow in harmony.

On the peak of her overwhelm, Jersey was managing three phones, working out of three computers, and driving throughout south Florida visiting clients. She was also mowing her home’s lawn; attempting to not overreact to her mother’s pessimism; and was franticly trying to make it to every school parent advisory and homeowner association meeting.

Exhausted, Jersey realized that this pace of life was not sustainable. She needed to shred old beliefs, evolve her mindset, and stop running herself in circles that stressed her out. Her solution: “Get Help!” She hired a coach, visited her therapist supervisor often, and began implementing systems to bring ease into her life.

She created the Momma Harmony community in order to offer intensives, coaching, support and tools that help women tackle overwhelm, manage stress and balance their relationships.

Jersey completed a Masters of Public Health and another Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jersey has been working with women and their significant others since she was 17 years old (last time she counted she has had over 21 different jobs including the dog sitting gig that lasted a summer). When she is not frolicking in the Momma Harmony Facebook page, you will find her nuzzling in her bed with the newest edition of O Magazine, trying to convince her children that one more hour of cartoons will do them good.

Sheila Armour is President/CEO of Armour Consulting Services, LLC. She is a well sought after keynote and professional speaker, workshop leader, corporate/nonprofit trainer and world traveler. She has traveled to Hamilton, Bermuda; Hyderabad, India; and throughout the United States, just to name a few.

Sheila has over twenty (20) years of collaborative leadership serving local communities. Formally ordained by a local congregation where she co-coordinated the entire Prison Ministry alongside the Senior Pastor and other Associate Ministers. A teacher by gift who offers strategic planning she is a workshop facilitator and corporate trainer. Her purpose is to add value to millions of people both young and seasoned through encouragement, inspiration and education including life transforming solutions that gets to the “heart of the matter” through Biblical storytelling.

Sheila is an Advanced Communicator Gold in Toastmasters International with a High-Performance Leadership Designation. She holds a Master’s of Science degree in Management from National-Louis University, Evanston, Illinois (3.71/4.00 GPA). She is also a 2016 Alumni of the Joseph Business School, Forest Park, Illinois serving as her Class’ Captain. Sheila finished her first marathon (26.2 miles) in 2013, she loves cooking, laughing and sitting around the kitchen table with family and friends.

Kimberly I. Mays is a tech-enthusiast, business analyst, and self-proclaimed geek from New York City.

With over a decade of web design and development experience, Kimberly created Foolishly Creative to help other entrepreneurs create professional, attractive, and profitable websites. Her mission is to partner with solopreneurs, coaches, authors, and small businesses to create and sustain their online brands.

Kimberly has worn many hats throughout her career: designer, programmer, and project manager. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling to other countries, learning new technologies, and attending Broadway plays.

GWEN LAVENDER is a Transition Coach, Mentor and Speaker. She helps maturing women through transitions in life. She helps women accomplish things they’ve always wanted to do, so that they can live their best lives, with no regrets!

Gwen holds a Bachelor Degree in Management with a Certificate of Completion in Personal Development Coaching. Her professional coach training was obtained from the CaPP Institute and she is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, an Accredited Buyers Representative, who enjoys coaching and mentoring first time buyers make the leap from renters to homeowners.

She started her business after personal, faith based and professional successes helping and inspiring others through challenges and major transitions in life. It is a rare person who can relate to people from a wide spectrum of life and life experiences. Gwen is that kind of person. She is a visionary, a positive encouraging influence in the lives of others. She founded the Mother-to-Mother support group to help women through transitions in life; and she host women’s events, workshops and group travels to inspire and encourage women to live their dreams and experience their God-given visions.

She loves creating special memories with and for her family, friends and her clients. She finds great joy in gardening, nature watching, choric speaking and traveling around the world.
