Rosetta provides world-class training, coaching and mentoring for black women who want to create lives of happiness, success and freedom. Her practical, step-by-step approach helps her clients and students reach their big goals faster than they ever thought possible.

Rosetta is a professional coach with a certificate in personal development coaching from The CAPP Institute. She has been featured in numerous media outlets, including JET Magazine, Black Enterprise, Essence and BBC London.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and has also taught leadership, business and marketing courses as an Adjunct Professor at Trinity Washington University.

Rosetta is an avid traveler and her favorite city is Honolulu, Hawaii. When she’s not writing or teaching, Rosetta enjoys good food, good music and good bourbon. Preferably all at the same time!

Natalie Carole Washington, Operations Manager

Natalie Carole Washington serves as the Operations Manager for Happy Black Woman. Natalie LOVES helping high-achieving socially-responsible speakers, authors, coaches and entrepreneurs achieve their business goals. Natalie holds a Business Degree in Finance from Howard University.

As the busy working mother of 3 handsome little boys, Natalie is a strong advocate for work-life balance. Natalie and her family are living their dreams as expatriates traveling the world. Natalie left the United States in 2007 and has been to 20 countries and counting!

Natalie enjoys travel adventures such as scuba diving, jet-skiing and white water rafting. Although her favorite water sport involves a hammock, an island beach and drinking fresh young coconut water.

Kim Davis, Program Manager

Kim serves as the Program Manager for Happy Black Woman. Providing support is not only something Kim enjoys, it is her strength. With a degree in Administrative Support and leveraging over 10 years experience in healthcare administrative roles, she knows what it takes to for clients to have a pleasant experience. Kim looks forward to serving clients and students for Happy Black Woman because it’s the company that has helped to positively transform her life over the years personally and professionally, through its programs and trainings.

Kim has a genuine passion for helping others. She strives to show by example that others can walk in their own unique God-given purpose.

Jillian Smith, Event Director

Jillian serves as the official Event Director for Happy Black Woman. She is the Owner & Principal Planner of OneTouch Events, an International Wedding & Event Planning Company based in Atlanta, GA. Her proven approach for planning, designing and executing the perfect event experience starts with a simple KISS: Keep It Simple Suga!

Leveraging over 12 years in the corporate setting, Jillian’s method is based on streamlining the planning process from start to finish by taking cues from your personality, ideas and past experiences to pull together a full sensory event experience that flows together effortlessly. Whether it be a multi-day business conference or a lavish wedding affair, Jillian’s love of technology and planning tools, coupled with savvy design details are a product of her right and left-brain working in creative harmony. Jillian loves a good glass of Malbec, the color blue and laughter in large doses.

Quanisha Smith, Launch Your Business Coach

Quanisha serves as the Launch Your Business Coach for Happy Black Woman. An international speaker, leadership trainer and consultant, Quanisha brings over 15 years of professional experience working with primarily Black communities in program management and development. Quanisha credits much of her personal and professional success to Happy Black Woman’s coaching programs and online courses. Prior to joining the team, she participated in five Happy Black Woman signature programs and has been a community member since 2010.

Quanisha specializes in working with high-achieving Black women who are struggling with emotional barriers, helping them to discover their true worth and make their mark with exceptional results. As a certified Master & Corporate Life Coach and Masters-level Social Worker, Quanisha is well-equipped to assist women with achieving clarity, confidence and courage.
