As I’m writing this, it’s almost 11pm Thursday night in Honolulu, my favorite time to write besides early in the morning.
Right now, I’m listening to one of my top 10 songs of all time – “Closer” by Goapele. #mood
Today was full and so very rewarding. I definitely earned dinner out on a weeknight!
Me and my boo went to the best Vietnamese restaurant in our ‘hood for yummy spring rolls and pho.
This morning, I had exciting back-to-back calls with my new marketing team about rebranding my company and hired an intellectual property attorney to handle all of the necessary trademarks.
Then in the afternoon, I taught 50 students live in my Location Independent Business Academy!
I’m so proud of all the ladies for tackling the homework I assigned this week which was to create their own WordPress website.
I ended my workday with an amazing coaching call with one of my private clients who had a breakthrough in realizing that she truly is the BEST at what she does!
For me, it doesn’t even feel like “work” when I’m connecting on a deep level with my ideal clients – women who are a “10, ALL IN no matter what” when it comes to their big goals.
I know I was born to be a teacher and I’m so grateful that I get to teach every day in some capacity.
Yet, none of this would have happened if I hadn’t said YES to my purpose.
If I had kept second-guessing myself and the gift I have been given to help others improve their lives.
THIS is what I was put here on earth for.
So that I could be a vessel for change.
A catalyst for transformation.
Whether it is mentoring 23 women at our recent Happy Black Woman Mastermind Retreat in Tucson, Arizona or teaching dozens of women in one of my online courses.
You see…
Nothing in your life can shift until you say YES.
Until you decide that your purpose is worth a significant investment of your time, money and energy, you will never be able to step fully into your destiny.
