Happy Black Woman is growing.
It’s hard to believe that it’s only been 3 years since my decision to shut down my nonprofit consulting business and take on Happy Black Woman full-time.
By the end of this year, we’ll have surpassed $1M in revenue.
We’ll also have a new logo, new website and new programming.
It’s all very exciting.
And yes, just a little bit scary!
I’ve been re-investing back into the company to take it to the next level.
Branding agency.
Publicist.
Intellectual property attorney.
Leadership coaching.
Hiring new team members.
Documentary video team.
Over $100,000 in service to my mission.
For what?
All so I can step into the woman I am meant to be.
A black woman LEADER.
Someone who is not afraid to invest in herself and her TRIBE.
Ultimately, however, it’s not about the business, the money or even the fame.
It is my CALLING to do this work.
To provide the space – through our online communities, in-person meetings and one-on-one support – for black women to transform.
It’s about FULLY walking in my purpose – not just to the extent that I feel “comfortable.”
This is a time of intense growth for me, both personally and professionally.
And these last 3 months of the year are CRUCIAL to my success.
Yours, too.
I’m literally betting it ALL on my vision for Happy Black Woman and what we can be and provide for thousands of black women around the world.
My big vision?
To be the “Tony Robbins” for black women and become a household name for sisters who want to change their lives.
Honestly, it feels like such a big goal, seeing how Tony’s events command thousands of attendees every month and we are just at the 150 mark for our largest live workshops.
But that’s what’s so exciting about this next phase of growth for me and for my team!
It’s important to have a goal that’s big enough and important enough to motivate to you stretch yourself to a higher level of performance.
And I’m humbled to declare my dream right here, right now with you.
I want you to know that it’s OK to dream.
That you can always pursue your deepest desires.
In fact, it’s never “too late” to follow your calling.
I’m committed to not only SHARING what’s going on behind the scenes with my growth, but also creating a space for you to grow WITH me.

But more specifically, with my amazing clients who are also on the path to building global brands and location-independent empires simply by helping others, all while enjoying a lifestyle of travel and freedom.
