It is very important for you to complete the application in FULL with ALL of the requested information. Print the application out and fill it in. Once finished, please SIGN and SCAN your completed application, attach it to an email and send directly to Kaylee Spinhirn at support@happyblackwoman.com. Be sure to include your deposit information or your application will not be processed.
