One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned since I quit my job back in 2010 is that there is no limit to the amount of money you can make in your business. We are always surrounded by the energy of abundance; we just have to claim it! There is never a shortage of potential clients and customers who want what you have to offer.
Once I embraced this infinite possibility for my life, I began to see so many doors open up for me, especially when it came to increasing my income. This year was the first year that I have been able to earn over $100,000 in my business and I owe much of that success to the power of setting goals, eliminating limiting beliefs and doing the work!
If you’ve been struggling to create consistent cash flow in your business, here are 3 simple, yet powerful steps you can take TODAY that will help you bring in more income this month.
1. Decide how much money you want to earn in the next 30 days.
You MUST have an income goal for your business. I advise all my business coaching clients to determine how much money they want to earn over the course of a year, then divide that number by 12. This becomes your monthly income goal! Once you have this important number written down, you can then plan out your activities for each month. This allows you to be much more strategic in your business, instead of being “all over the place.”
2. Set a positive intention by writing a “magic check” for your monthly income goal.
This is a wonderful tool from The Magic (from The Secret book series) that puts the law of attraction in practice so you can set a powerful intention when it comes to your income goals. First, click here to print out the check. Then fill in the date, your name and the amount of money you want to earn in the next 30 days. Keep your Magic Check in a prominent place where you will see it every day – taped to your bathroom mirror, on the dashboard in your car, on your desk at work or in your home office. Whenever you look at your Magic Check, close your eyes and imagine that you have already received the money, believing that a divine flow of new clients, customers and sales are on the way!
3. Take action and do the work!
Now you have to do your part by taking ACTION to generate additional income this month. And the best way to bring more money into your life is to create it! Of course, there are lots of ways to do this – the list below will help you start brainstorming some ideas for what opportunities you can take advantage of over the next month.
- Launch a brand new product or service.
- Have a sale where you offer a great discount on your existing products and services.
- Raise your prices for your existing products and services.
If you are willing to let go of your limiting beliefs, you will begin to see the truth that abundance is always available to you and is, in fact, available to you right now. You absolutely have the power to create a new financial reality for yourself!
You will begin to attract more money into your life the moment you decide that you deserve it.
